Services are available in both Sebastopol and Mt Shasta, CA at one of our healing centers or in the comfort of your own home. Simone lectures and teaches on Ayurvedic wellness, nutrition and lifestyle at schools, retreats, businesses, private groups and Ayurvedic programs.
Ayurveda Wellness Treatments

Ayurvedic treatments support the body, mind and spirit. Our approach supports the client in healing themselves through powerful home remedies and a clear holistic plan. Begin with a 30 minute pulse diagnostic consultation to determine your unique birth constitution. Simplify your eating habits and lifestyle to your needs.
Bodywork Available at Center or Your Home
Practitioners offer a wide variety of bodywork modalities, treating issues from chronic pain to detoxification. Using plant medicine, cupping, rocks and warm compresses to soften the tissue, open your lymphatic flow and enable deep muscular release. Held in safe and sacred space clients receive deep nourishment through this individualized care.

Ayurveda provides a path that can lead us to fulfil our highest potentials. Simone teaches the origins and principles of Ayurveda, mind-body constitutions, nutrition, detoxification, breathing and the art of emotional wellbeing. Day Retreats

All day or multi day retreats include a custom bath soak, steam room, Apothecary Drink, sattvic meals, face steam, foot bath and Ayurvedic treatments tailored specifically to your individual needs and health objectives. Blissful experience for two people!

Namaste. I look forward to providing you a deep healing experience to move stagnant energy and nourish the untouched parts of both your physical and spirit body. Due to the nature of this sensitive work and the self care and continued learning needed to meet you in my fullest capacity I have created this container to serve you. I am only available for appointments two weeks of the month, which you can book below. I now require sessions be paid at time of booking unless other arrangements are made ahead of time.
